Tuesday, February 28, 2012. None of my yoga pants have ever been to yoga. Until yesterday that is! Actually I went to pilates, but same difference. It was so relaxing. Certainly didnt burn as many calories or do anything near. Body pump or body attack, but it was great. Down 2.2 last week, so Ive got lots to do this week to stay with that! Off to watch the season finale of Parenthood. Saturday, February 25, 2012. Down, down, down. Thats GREAT! Dandelion root tea starting this week. Day 2 of Spraining.
