Life is Mostly Magical. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Trip to Mount Shasta. It is a beautiful mountain and very magical. In fact, some say it is one of most magical mountains in the world! So my sweetheart, Adriana, and I decided to visit her and spend some time in the area. We stopped at Shasta Lake, which we never had seen before, and had a nice drive all the way to the little town at the base of the mountain. We finally caught the moon, but not over the mountain. Tuesday, June 16, 2015. to be running! We started with Fragrance Lake up in Larrabee State Park. It was chilly, but sunny, so I was able to enjoy some views of the water as I powered up the long hill in mile two. I only ran the 10k, so I was able to wait for Dustin at the finish of the half marathon.
