Sunday, February 23, 2014. I just wanted to share a few things that have happened in boy scouts lately. In the beginning of February we had the pinewood derby event. Last year was our first year so it was a learning time for us. The design looked sleek and aerodynamic and we had good weight. Here we are at the big race. The Den and their leader.

It is always so sweet after the excitement, when the boys remember that there were gifts FROM them under the tree too. They are precious little things made by the boys in their classes. I LOVE how excited they get giving me the gifts and that Chris lets me open them. Jasper did a pretty great job decorating his package! Now that Xavier is a reader, we find him like this quite often.
