One view from inside a Scrum team. Being Agile in a Waterfall World. I recently encountered a Agile opportunity in my very Waterfall world. I was asked to get involved in a project that was in some distress. The team was undergoing a reset on this project and had been given a date to have some work done by. This was in the context a customer who was pretty demanding and we had low trust with.
