I assembled the stand with a tag and fence pieces cut from my Silhouette and added trims from Silhouette and various Sizzix dies. Made one for a swap partnerand one for myself. Friday, July 29, 2011. What better way to beat the heat and shock the kiddos. than with a water balloon pinata free-for-all? I found that these balloons are quite heavy when full.
