Tamworth Praise is an innovative worship project running from September 2015. It is a carefully-crafted and exciting programme covering key themes, initially in the period up to Christmas 2015. Irish instrumental music played with warmth and joy. Band includes Dexter Harding on the tenor banjo, Fiona Howell. On the flute, Siena Kaplan-Thompson on the fiddle, and Mike Levine on the guitar and occasional concertina. They play mostly Irish tunes, and sometimes pull from Scottish, Cape Breton and old time traditions as well. Sessions to eat or drink while they tap along in the cozy red pub. Come see us at Wildcat on Wednesday nights from 7-9 pm! .
