I was only going to volunteer once in Tohoku, with kids in Fukushima for two weeks, but the people I met up there changed me, and I have traveled back and forth to the effected area over twenty times since.

I am the mother of awesome kids, lover to an awesome ex husband that is an addict to everything except legal things. It is too fresh for me still. Is that horrible of me? Of all the things I have learned in my time I have learned to appreciate the value of a good day. I had a good day. I can make my days good and that is.
