Weeks 5,6, and 7 in Review. We headed up to my parents house a couple of weeks ago for the CopperDog 150 dogsled race. It wa really fun! Hubby G and I watched the start and then helped work at one of the checkpoints with my parents. It was really cold, but we had a bonfire to help keep us warm. A family friend recommended cooking ring bologna over the fire and oh. It sounds fairly disgusting, but it was SO good. I highly recommend trying it.
