Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Finally got back on the bike today. I was going to get on the dreaded rack. er, I mean the trainer, but then I read this from Charlie. Then as if providentially sent, I knew the source of my tears! Do their little pony tricks for the masses. My dear training mates had been taken in, like so many others, by the manufactured hysteria. It was the right decision.
This past weekend we were blessed with some mild January weather. I decided to experiment with taking my bike on the GO train. I have been wanting to do this for a while. Taking the train is a way for me to expand my bike riding perimeter. I have visions of riding the GO train to distant destinations and then riding back or vice versa. For a test run, I rode to Clarkson Station and put my bike on the GO train to Exhibition station. The Bad Boy waiting on a train.

Healthy living is Happy living. Our summer has come to a close. The girls have finished their first week back at school and we are all getting back into a routine. Hopefully this means I will have a little extra time for more posts! As much as I will miss our flexible summer days, I am excited to have more structured days and for having a little more quiet during those days. Now onto a few things that are making life just a little better! .
