I want them to know without a doubt that they can. I learned a great deal during this fast. The biggest lesson I learned was how I felt after eating out the few times that I did. The day after I ate pizza, or Mexican, I had intense cravings! It was as if the foods I had eaten were loaded with chemicals that altered me to crave carbs and sweets.
