africa anything but ordinary

Africa anything but ordinary. Chronicles of my time in Burkina Faso. Thursday, August 7, 2008. Au revoir et a dieu! My plan is that the theme and style of this blog will change and evolve as I find myself in new places, with new people and new experiences. Youre welcome to join me! At this point is when the anxiety, confusion, and self-doubt set it. Oh well. Cest la vie. I will be back in Burkina at some point. So what have I been up to since I got back to the USA? I leave for Stanford on the 23rd .

Reviews, news, and more. Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Last year at this time I had recently quit a job that had been making me miserable more often than it made me happy. I quit via an email sent from my phone in the middle of the day and never looked back. I had no job lined up and was finishing my last two classes of grad school but I somehow felt totally calm about the situation. Sunday, February 16, 2014.

Quinoa or bulgur with cauliflower. Today I want to share a recipe that I found by chance surfing the Internet and that has suddenly become one of my favourite dishes. It is so tasty and perfectly flavour balanced. every time I make this dish we eat almost two portion each. because it is also light, low-fat and vegan. Original recipe is with bulgur but actually it is even better with quinoa because of the crunchy of seeds. 350 g quinoa or bulgur.
