Sunday, August 28, 2011. well I did do better as in not wanting to eat more then I should I did have some ice cream but just one cup not alot. I went out to eat 2 times this week something I NEVER do. But It was by Birthday and it was a date night so that can slide. I did good when we went out my friend and I shared a meal so then it was not like i was pigging out and stuff.
