The Traveling Turtle

Monday, April 23, 2012. I finally did it! I ripped off the band-aid! Last week, Matthew and I went on our very first trip ALONE since I was pregnant with CELIE! Yes, 5 years. I had been away from Celie for a few nights 2 times, but never for 6 DAYS! It was monumental for me. Clearly, I have never been away from Libby. I really needed it. And man! It was much needed! One of the best parts is this year is the first of many METROs for us. We get to go every year. Next year New Orleans. It would have been.

My counter is too narrow to put in any kind of new stove, unless I want it to stick out 3 inches from the end of the counter. I also want a convection oven which makes the price a little higher.
