Adapted from Martha Stewart. 1 12 small new potatoes, halved or quartered if potatoes are large. 4 tablespoons butter cut into small pieces. 1 chicken cut up into 8 pieces about 3 lbs. 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-3 inch pieces. 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges. 12 tsp dried thyme. Cheddar Toppe.
