Fashion is my life and I love everything that it is influenced by and that it influences. I am a fashion student at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Tonight we made vegan cupcakes ad they were so yummy! It is a chocolate cake with an almond chocolate frosting. These are totally dairy free. There were substitutes such as applesauce, corn starch, wheat pastry flour, etc. , but all organic none-the-less. They were extremely moist with a nutty finish from the icing. One of the best healthy options to choose from! This is a classic that I will definitely make again. They are perfect for any occasion.
