They speak their own special language and Brynn lights up whenever she sees Eleana. Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Some good friends of ours, gave us 6 chickens. But, these provide eggs. So, this is Olaf.
Wednesday, August 12, 2015. We have a complicated relationship. And somewhere, deep down, I do really love it. Except the dirt, and sweat, and sleepless nights. Other than that, we have a ball. 30 pounds on her back! And not a single whine.

Deacon sprayed his squirt gun into the dirt and made a mud puddle. He announced they were at war, and convinced Kyle and Sean to camouflage their faces with the mud. Now they are all intermittently reapplying mud and belly crawling across the yard. Caroline is cramming sweet potato puffs in her mouth and is otherwise captivated.

Sunday, February 1, 2015. One of my favorite workouts is to focus on doing a total of a 100 reps on every workout! Chins you might do your first set with 20-50 reps. Then each set afterwards you will decrease the number of reps completed. For beginners it might be best to try a total of 50 reps until you build up to it.
