When I got there he told me he has a gun store and asked if I wanted to buy a gun. The boys were so perfect we all had so much fun! I love my boys. We are making it without Shane. Oh he is in Canada. He will be gone for 35 days! Shane was gone for Easte.

Monday, March 5, 2012. Almost at the end of another session at the capitol! 45 days of the 2012 legislation session will be over on Thursday March 8. In defending our rights to less taxation; Scott has had more hate mail, horrible press coverage, and even death threats this year. One positive thing this year was; Austin was able to spend a day at the capitol with his dad. Here they are in a committee meeting debating a bill. Thursday, January 12, 2012.

Wednesday, January 18, 2012. I have made some amazing friends in New York. These are 3 of them who helped me tremendously through the deployment. We had a supper club together every Friday night throughout the whole year. There was nothing more therapeutic for me than being around women who knew exactly what I was going through. Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Today, I am just going to write. But, I am determined that before I go to bed tonight I will have a post up. I am happy I have chosen teaching as my career. I love it, and I am good at it. I am also happy I chose this little corner of Utah to do what I love.

Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Our big Taylor reunion was the week of Pioneer day. So, on our way up to the campsite we stopped by the parade float preview since we would miss actually watching the parade. Our Stake had a float this year so we made sure to get a picture with it. Up at the camp O decided to be a bit more smiley.

We went to the Temple, out to eat, and then to Stake Conference. Driving over, it was amazing to see how high the water was in the Basin.
