A principios del pasado enero, el precio del arroz tailandés, que es el de referencia mundial, era de unos 400 dólares la tonelada, un mes después aumentó cien dólares, y en la actualidad rebasa los 700 dólares por tonelada, 0,44 euros por kilo.
