Very yummy! 1 ham hock or shank. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 carrots, diced. 1 stick of celery, finely diced. 500g dry split peas. 1 12 litres water. 14 tsp. ground pepper. 1 Chop all the ingredients and place in your crock pot. 2 Let cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. 14 lb. butter.CONTENT
