The festival is held in Shelburnes historic district of overlooking the harbour. The setting is beautiful! It was a gorgeous day - blue skies, puffy white clouds and just the right amount of wind to set the whirligigs a-spinning. The entries are always so creative. Here is a farmer fighting for a carrot.
