Recently I have been inspired to do the following paintings. They all portray familiar objects that I have around plus fruit and vegetables. I am interested in exploring their shapes and the relationships between the objects, against plain backgrounds.
Landscape, figure, still life, seascape, portrait. Okay, the challenge continues. What is she thinking? I credit my husband for the title. The laundry is hanging in my yard, but the figure was transported from the Peggy Kroll-Roberts workshop last fall in Scottsdale. Yes, we do have summer in Vermont.
