Wednesday, December 3, 2008. The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Hannah is in the play that opened today for Amarillo Little Theater. It is called The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. If you are in Amarillo this weekend try to go and see it. It is a really cute play based on the book. Today was the first school performance. And she has one tomorrow. We have a busy weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday shows as well. Hunter had the spelling bee this week. He did not win, but did good.
Sunday, March 8, 2009. State Runner-Up Team - Americas High School, El Paso, Texas. The final round was nailbiting. Federal District Judge Mary Ann Lyn presided in her own courtroom at the Federal Court House. In addition to Judge Lyn, the jury consisted of 7 practicing attorneys. Skyline was announced state champs, but Team Americas has so much to be proud of! Americas HS was the first team in the last ten years to represent El Paso in the finals.
Thursday, November 27, 2008. District of Corruption, and Thanksgiving. From my trip to DC, to tons of school work, to Mock Trial finally starting up, to a great trip to Ruidoso. Photography assistant for a day. Yesterday I was given the opportunity to assist photographer Greg Sullavan at a wedding at Woodlands of Marburg. I had so much fun. Thankyou Greg for letting me tag along, I learnt a lot. An angel in the park.
