Hallock and I met at the University of Connecticut in 1998. We became great friends until 2003 when Hallock was deployed to Iraq. While he was deployed a romance developed between us. When Hallock came home in April of 2004 we decided to be together. Everything went beautifully and we became engaged 10 months later on February 18th 2005. We were married on April 7th 2006.
