Monday, 18 May 2009. Mercy Ships has set up a Hospitality center in town, Cotonou. It is a place were the patients and their relatives can stay before and after surgery. All patients that need medical help stays onboard though. Mercy Ships has built two wards were the patients can sleep during there stay there.

Fredag, juli 11, 2008. 2 juli pakkede vi bilerne ved Africa Mercy og begav os på den afsluttende tur gennem Monrovia. Det var en mærkelig fornemmelse at køre ud af porten for en sidste gang og vide, at nu var vi på vej hjem til Danmark! Vi ankom til lufthavnen, hvor vi skulle vente et par timer ekstra på flyveren, hvilket bevirkede, at det var mørkt, da flyet skulle lette. Jeg havde ellers håbet på et sidste glimt af Liberia oppefra. Hvordan er det så at komme hjem igen? Det er helt utro.
