To head upriver to the Washington Sailing Marina really nice people to deal with for bottom painting. I headed out of Mason Neck just at sunrise on a beautiful morning, and as I went out the Occoquan Channel into Occoquan Bay and the Potomac, the sun was rising over Mason Neck Wildlife Refuge.
