Monday, December 29, 2014. Many years back when the kids were little, our black lab, Holly, ran off and was lost for a few days. I took the phone and called the other number and went and got our dog. This is very true as I watched my mother die and as I watch my father age. It changes due to experiences, but you feel young at heart as your body ages.
Sunday, February 24, 2013. New Years Eve my parents and little brother. Came over for a little party. We had dinner and hung out. And then put on our party hats and watched the ball drop. When midnight hit we even had a confetti popper. It was a really fun night. Tinley would have to but she was sounds asleep. I made my first Yule Log. It turned out pretty good. It is our new New Years Eve Tradition! This January we had had a snow day. All the kids loved it! .
