Monday, May 18, 2015. Brian was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. On March 7, 2015. It was a wonderful day! He was so happy and excited! We are so proud of him! He is growing up to be such a wonderful young man! Wednesday, August 27, 2014. The last part of April, we were able to go on a fun family vacation with both Grandmas! The boys saved for two years to be able to go. We had a great time, despite the unusally hot weather. Grandma Eiko had to take a nap.
Friday, December 7, 2012. I have wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer for a long time, and have been watching the prices. There was a good deal at Costco last month, so I decided it was finally time to go for it. I have a hard time spending money on myself, but I knew that our finances were looking pretty good so I went ahead and bought it.

Sunday, December 5, 2010. Paige Sommerfeldt was born on September 19, 2010. She came on her due date! She was 8 lbs 12 oz and was 22 inches long! I went into labor at about 1 AM and stayed at home and waited to see if it was for real. The two previous nights I started contractions at about the same time but by 8 AM they were gone. So by the time I realized that it was for real I was pretty far along. Tuesday, April 27, 2010.

Dan, Elise, Ava, Luke, and Max. Friday, August 14, 2015. Max starts kindergarten on Monday. A few weeks ago, I got a call from the school nurse informing me that he was not current on quite a few of the required shots. I have strong personal feelings about vaccinations and I am fully aware of the controversial nature of my views.

And the monument on the Conference Center roof that he helped design, too. The fountain on top of the Conference Center- Gem liked following the river to the waterfall. We love Chris and Natasha! .

Sunday, June 6, 2010. Ryan gave Quincy a wonderful blessing today. It was a nice day to celebrate and share our new little man with our families. What a great group of men surrounding my little man. Grandpa Craig, Uncle Kenny, Daddy, Uncle Weston, Uncle Steven,. And Grandpa Great Lindsay all participated in blessing Quincy. After the blessing we went to the high school for a family dinner.
