November, höst, brödbak, fågelutflykt! Brödet heter Brunkans långa och är ett två dagars grahamssurdegsbröd. receptet finns i Heléne Johanssons bok Bröd från Brunkebergs bageri. Utsökt men nästa gång provar vi med pomerans i. Havsörn, pilgrimsfalk, storspov, vinterhämling, snösparv och mycket mera.
