I spent the day taking groups of 30 kids on a nature trail - using binoculars to spot birds and other wildlfe followed by a minibeasting session- catching insects with nets and looking closely at them through microscopes. It was a learning experience for me too! We ended up canoeing 5km in the end - down to picketts lock and back. I didnt touch the wall at the lock so its not quite official. haha. Lisa and Tamzin doubled up.
