Monday, November 26, 2012. We did some pastel art work to help decorate the school hall that reminds us of the colour and fun of celebrating summer in N. - we hope you enjoy looking at what we produced. Wednesday, November 14, 2012. WOW - what an exciting morning we had checking out the Solar Eclipse - it was so cool! Then later it looked like an orange with a slice taken out of it as the Moon started to block out some of the Sun.
Today we had our 2012 Prize Giving. Room 19 are all very proud of our achievements this year. JS won the values cerificate, JH won the academic achievement certificate, SB won the diligence certificate and PP received the Y3 Literacy trophy. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Last week we ran assembly with our buddy class, Room 13. We enjoyed sharing our learning with everyone. JS was runner up, well done! One spooky night I was walking through the dark wood.

Sunday, December 9, 2012. On Thursday we had our Big Day In, to celebrate the end of our school year and all the hard work we have done. We had great fun on the Bouncy Castles, in the sandpit, making kites, having sack races, potato and spoon races as well as doing Christmas Art. We made a sandwich for lunch and enjoyed a fruit kebab. YUM! Sunday, November 11, 2012. Room 11 took part in the Junior Athletics Day on Friday. Look at some of our up and coming athletes.

We are a Year 1 class and our teacher is Mrs Schwass. In Room 18 we have Discovery Time once a week.
