Welcome to our blog - we are so excited to share our learning journey with you! Tuesday, 12 July 2016. On Wednesday of Week 10 we played Mystery Skype through School Kits. A city school got matched up with a country school and we had to figure out where they were by only asking yes or no questions. We used google maps, atlases and many other things to help us figure out where they were! Our partner school were in Moana on the West Coast of the South Island. Are you on the West Coast? The children enjoyed introducing themselves on the first day by playing different games. They are all settled in the class and to the class routines now. They have done a wonderful piece of art. They made their self portraits the Picasso way. WATER SAFETY WEEK AT FIELD OF DREAMS. At field of dreams we did. Thursday, 8 October 2015. Sunday, 20 September 2015. Last week we had our school production. What a fun night performing for our parents and whanau! Thursday, 12 November 2015. On the 10th of November is Diwali. We are a respective school so we celebrated this festival with Indian religion. On Monday we did the Rangoli patterns,.
