This is a picture of the B side of a cellblock in the House of Detention for Men on Rikers Island. Each side had 120 cells holding 240 inmates. Nothing separated the one officer working this side from the inmates. When we arrived on the 2-B tier, I could see a body lying on the floor, halfway down the tier, the torso outside the open cell gate. When we got to the cell, we saw the dead inmate in a pool of blood with a shiv sticking out of his neck.

In every cell of creation, be it simple, less evolved life forms,. The spirit of man or the majesty of the sun,. Mountains, sea, earth, plant life or forms in flight,. The identity of every form is God lives. The first three of the seven immutable laws of all existence, the laws of order, balance and harmony take all our thoughts into account through the fourth law, the law of growth.

At one point while driving to one of the high points in the park at an over 8000-foot elevation, we entered into the open area of the parking lot with an unobstructed view of what nature had prepared for our enjoyment.
