Photo journal of what I eat. I started this blog in an effort to be more aware of what I eat and try to improve it. I have tried to do full meal tracking before and I never stick with it so I thought I would try something more visual. I take a picture with my iPhone and post it - easy right. I think so and now I can see what I eat.
