Roller Derby Workout will be an 8-week challenge that encourages Roller Derby Girls to get in shape by following a 60 day blog guideline presented by Roller Derby Workout. The blog will offer two instructions per day including a meal plan and a fitness routine. Once a week the blog will also present an article that encourages all around derby fitness with topics ranging from nutrition to skate maitenance.
