I was banded back in January of 2009 with a dream of losing weight, getting my PCOS under control and hopefully falling pregnant. 15 months after being banded I found out I was pregnant. Nearly 2 years to the day of being banded, bub number 1 is due. I am now preparing for this whole new stage of life, AND getting to goal! Coming out of the closet. Friday, July 22, 2011. I now only have 4CC in my band. The doctor asked me not to put on any weight during the first 12 weeks and then to watch my weight gain closely. Well now 16 weeks in I am down 3kg. So I am very pleased with that. Have a good day! I have to be o.

Ticking along if not down. Well life is ticking along but my weight loss ticker is not going the way I want it to. I seem to be on an eternal plateau. I guess the main thing to be happy about is that the plateau is so much lower from where I used to hover 18 months ago! I have just completed my latest personal challenge - cycling 100kms! Jenny and I went on holiday. Here I am ready to hit the town and go and see the Michael Buble.

Sunday, December 18, 2011. Tomorrow is Monday and time for a fresh start. This weekend has been full of food temptations and I have given in waaayyy too much. I feel full and heavy. Tomorrow morning I will weigh myself and tackle the week anew. I am ready for this. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. I am NOT moving to Facebook. Way too many restrictions as far as what I can post. So I deleted that page. I just had my 6th fill. I am at just under 6 ccs. And that satiety lasts for at least 4 hours. And the best news? Do you ever give into it? Tuesday, July 19, 2011.

Wednesday, August 25, 2010. My mum is doing better on the chemotherapy, but as a few of you know I have made the hard decision not to come to Chicago in September as I felt it was the wrong time to be away from all my family and I felt very selfish spending so much money on myself with so much going on at home.
