Meet with a group of your peers fro one hour twice a week for 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by sets of upper and lower body exercises using fitness equipment. Prior to class, time is set aside for sharing and goal building. A fitness option for those who find it hard to achieve exercise goals on land due to joint, mobility, or chronic pain conditions.
