Marcus Comeaux stands at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic church in Port Bolivar, TX. Comeaux is a member of the church, which was damaged in Hurricane Ike. The church has been open since 1959. Members are having trouble getting clearance from the Houston-Galveston Archdiocese to complete repairs to the church.
