They werent lying when they said the first three days were the hardest. I have stayed true to the plan, which is no food, just water and juice. I must say, although the veggies taste good to eat, they arent as good in juice form. Day 1 I had the Mean Green juice, which consisted of kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, apples and a lemon.
