Sunday, November 14, 2010. Well for those of you who have not heard. We are moving! So I mentioned it to Alan he almost immediately agreed. In the past he was not fond of moving back. So it all fell into place, I think it was just the right time. We have made some good friends here and will miss them. Alan will especially miss his shift mates, they are like his second family. Tuesday, March 5, 2013. It is so fun to travel with the horses to show off and have it NOT be a competition. I found this little jumper necklace at the local tack store today when I went to return some defective gloves. Hard to tell in the photo, but it is a perfect horse and rider with incredible detail in the saddle and bridle! I will look the part when I go teach this weekend! Saturday, March 2, 2013. On the west side of our house, there is a 15-foot strip of land which gets quite a bit of afternoon sun, perfect for growing fruits and vegetables. This is what I thought last summer, as I stared at the gravel that covered that strip of land. Little by little, I shoveled the gravel and wheelbarrowed it to other places in our yard.

I am currently 18 weeks along and today was my first prenatal visit. We were scheduled for an exam and ultrasound and upon calling me back I learned that since I was well past my first trimester, the routine first visit ultrasound was not going to happen. Sunday, March 24, 2013. A very busy time traveling and preparing to return home. This city of Bamberg was not bombed in the war, and so much of the old charm still can be seen. You can see the beauty of the buildings and the city in general with every turn of the head. This was the view of Bosnia as we drove through the country side. We were glad to be in a warm car.
