I have been keeping a new blog. You can find more updates there. Now we are officially on the waiting list in Colombia along with all other foreign and Colombian families. Julie told us that Summer of 2010 is a reasonable time period to expect a referral but it could happen a little sooner or later than that. We are going to check in every 3 months to see how things are progressing.
