Nigel is cycling from London to Scotland in aid of the RNLI. Blog of my experiences both in training and on the actual ride, which has been organised by James Mcleod. Sunday, 5 September 2010. Made it, now the pain starts! I cant believe it but we made it, arriving in Kirkcudbright at 4pm on Friday to meet the Life boat team there. James is an excellent organiser! Only .
