A chronicle of my bike riding adventures and more importantly the P90X extreme workout series that will get me back into shape so I can complete my uber marathon bike ride from Philipsburg Montana to Boise Idaho. 500 miles. Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Update Jan 4 2011. Things are coming along very nicely. I have made it through a complete round of P90X and met with sucess.
