I hated the thought of walking the whole way. We were soon down in the water, the next heat to go off. A few days before the race I was talking to my dad, expressing my doubts and concerns about this race, especially the run. He is the best listener and gives the best advice.

Thursday, August 13, 2015. Yesterday we had really nice evening light, partly due to the fire south of us.
