I decided to try something new. instead of image transfers i thought id just make something with paper. I used Oil Pastel for the background, Silverleaf for the shiney stuff, and Construction paper for the Sihloutte. i really REALLY like how this turned out. Friday, March 22, 2013.
The theme I am going to use throughout the semester is the idea of nightlife. The darker colors like blue, purple and greens. With objects like the moon, stars, woods, owls, things you see at night. I love the moon so it will show up in many of my pieces. My names Tiffany, im 16 years old. I love art my favorite medium is oil pastels. Especially when making pointillism pieces. Friday, May 3, 2013. I really like how this one will turn out if I ever get the chance to finish it. I love how the colors go together. I picked this because of my love for wolves and all things tribal. this wolf reminds me of a grimm rapper comeing to take your soul. Or the Ferrymen calling the lost souls to tack them to the under world.
The holiday season has finally arrived and more exciting than a kiss stolen under the mistletoe are the culinary delights that accompany this merry occasion. Grown-ups sipping on eggnog gather to hear the cheery melody of visiting Christmas carolers and excited children indulging in delectable sweets rummage through brightly-packaged bundles under the tree. All the while, tantalizing aromas continue to linger from a boundless feast previously enjoyed around a festive, candlelit table.
