Tuesday, December 31, 2013. The Small, Simple Things. Another year has slipped past and yet our lameness of not being able to get a Christmas card pulled together and sent off persists. There is not a single thing in the entire world we can blame this on other than ourselves, and while I am tempted to just not do anything to commemorate the passing of another year a family life, looking fondly at our 2013 family pictures this week persuaded me otherwise.

Sunday, February 8, 2015. What a difficult week this has been for me. My sweet cousin, Shar, died unexpectedly and has left a huge hole. But, man, I sure did love her.

Scotty LOVES fishing with his daddy. And he actually can cast out his own line and reel in his catch! This was actually their second trip out there within a month - I actually went with them the first time. It was a great time and I got to eat the best pancake EVER up at Mt. I am a Swag Bucks Fan.
