Special Gas Reticulation unit on gaseous basis to reticulate Polyether and Polyesther foam. Click here to watch our new product film. The reticulation is a secondary process which uniformly removes the membranes from the cell structures. The air within the foam is removed and replaced with an explodable gas mixture. Ignition of the mixture results in a controlled explosion which removes the thinner membranes. The explosion is most conveniently carried out in a special designed chamber.
