Monday, September 10, 2012. So I know that I havent been here for a while, but I needed a place to vent! Anyway, poor Matt has had to listen to me whine about my knee for weeks. I dont think he can take it any more. So I decided to go to my out friend the blog and let out some anger. Boy I hope so, but I am terrified that I will go back out and it will hurt again and we are back at zero in terms of recovery. What an awful feeling! So from here on out, it is stretching, weight training, foam roller, ice.
