Have birthday celebration today in office. Was kind of piss off by the last mins crop up. Things are always meant to plan well. My bones are breaking over all. I am getting fatter and fatter. I have to start to cut down on my food intake le. I felt that my body is going to give way anytime. Have been attending lessons for 3 mths le. But my body haven adjust to it yet.
