Wednesday, October 14, 2009. A year ago last week on Oct 7th, I had life altering surgery. I had a gastric bypass. It was a decision I had wrestled with for a few years. My health was getting bad and I was very unhappy. Since my surgery I have regained so much of my health back and reached my goal weight! I have been busy living and celebrating with my family.
