Dziś trochę bardziej motywacyjnie, bo w końcu co jak co, ale tego nigdy dość. Już około 3 miesiące jestem na rozpisanej diecie redukcyjnej i trochę ponad pół roku ćwiczę. Na siłowni 5-6x w tygodniu. Trening z podziałem na partie ciała, czyli każdego dnia co innego. Wcześniej bez jakiejkolwiek wiedzy i prawidłowej diety szło mi dużo gorzej więc tego nie liczę. Znalazłam jednak pomysł na tę motywacje.
